Good News about Life Insurance [Video]
Today, Dan and his granddaughter, Avi, are here to share some good news about life insurance.
In January of this year, the Trump administration passed a new rule where all life insurance companies have to use the 2017 mortality tables.
What does it mean?
It means that for all new policies, life insurance prices may very well go down, as long as your health hasn’t changed a lot. But here’s a rare chance to save some money on life insurance and get really important coverage.
How can we help?
We’d be glad to evaluate your current permanent insurance policies. If you should keep them, we’ll tell you. If you need to switch it up, we’ll give you some options for that too.

Hi guys, this is Dan Searles. I’m calling you guys with some good news today, and I know we all need it with the pandemic and the, what are they murder hornets, Avi?
Avi:

So in January of this year, the Trump administration passed a new rule where all life insurance companies have to use the 2017 mortality tables. Kind of sounds arcane.
What does it mean?
It means that for all new policies, life insurance prices will go down. It affects term less. So if you have a whole life policy, if you have a universal life policy or an IUL, which is an interest based whole life, really, it may very well be as long as your health hasn’t changed a lot that the prices could go down.
So we’re volunteering we’d be glad to give you an evaluation of your current permanent insurance policies. And if you should keep them, we’ll tell you, if you need to switch it up, we’ll give you some options for that too.
But here’s a rare chance to save some money on life insurance and get really important coverage.
What do you think Avi is it important to have life insurance coverage?
Avi:
Yes.
Dan:
Okay. Avi says it’s important guys.
So if you have those policies and your health hasn’t changed drastically since you’ve had them a, we were all getting older. We know that’s, that’s fine, but as long as your health is relatively good, you may very well save some significant bucks or be able for the same premium to get a higher death benefit for your family.
So that’s the word for the day. Avi, do you have anything else to add?
Avi:
No.
Dan:
Okay. All right. Well, very good guys, until next time. Thanks for listening.
